12. Documents

Companies can add all documents deemed appropriate to improve the content of the challenge or to make it more understandable and concrete for solvers, thus increasing their chances of receiving successful solutions.

13. Legal Challenge Conditions

The Challenge Specific Agreement (CSA) is the document that defines all specific rules for the challenge that the company or research center wants to publish. In particular here is where the company or research center sets the conditions for intellectual and industrial rights. Please read them carefully. It is contemplated that the company or research center can adapt a standard Challenge Specific Agreement to the type of challenge being proposed (or pre-competitive ideas) as well as there is the possibility that the company or research center incorporates its own Challenge Specific Agreement.

Publishing a challenge requires explicit acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Challenge-Specific Agreement (CSA).
