Short Description

We have been working for more than 20 years in electrophysiology and imaging techniques that we use to elucidate the mechanism of action of new compounds at the level of ionic channels or ionotropic receptors. We offer our experience in several neurotoxicity/neuroprotection in vitro and in vivo models to choose the best candidate from a drugs´ library and /or to clarify the mechanism of action of a desired compound.

We offer our bakground in research and development of new drugs since its conception and synthesis until preclinical in vivo experiments. We have experience enough to help the groups leader coming to a decision in further development of the drug of interest. 

A group of more than 25 people (PhD and post-doctorates) work everyday in electrophysiology (patch-clamp), calcium imaging signalling, in vivo assays, and other experiments would provide your drug with the most scientific and preclinical relevant information for further development.
